Kielbasa Bites



  2 lbs Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
1 16 oz jar of peach or apricot preserves or jelly
1 cup mustard (regular or spicy your choice)


  Cut sausage in 1/2 inch wide slices. Place in large pot of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 min. Drain water. Put sausages back in pot, add preserves, and mustard, simmer over low heat until jelly is melted and everything is well mixed. Remove from heat, serve warm. This recipe also works great in a crock pot Just put the cooked sausage in the crock pot add jelly and mustard. Cover and turn on low for several hours before serving. Stir occasionally
