Hazelnut Chocolate Torte



  2 packages instant chocolate pudding (4 serving size)
5 eggs
1 cup butter, melted and cooled
2 cups hazelnuts, chopped


  Mix pudding, eggs, butter and 1 cup of hazelnuts in food processor. Pulse until blended. Grease an 8" spring form pan. Chop remaining nuts fairly fine. Place in pan and shake around until bottom and sides are covered with nuts. Scrape batter into pan, trying not to disturb nuts. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
