3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup nuts
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1 1/4 cup hot water

Preheat oven to 350. Use an 8" square ungreased pan.
Put flour, regular sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa, and baking powder in pan. Stir to mix. Stir in milk and oil until well blended. Stir in nuts. Sprinkle brown sugar, remaining cocoa, chocolate chips over the batter. Pour hot water evenly over the top. Bake 30 min or until surface looks dry like a brownie. Cool 10 min. Top with ice cream and cherry. |
