S'mores Torte



  1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 Hershey's milk chocolate bars, broken into pieces
2/3 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups graham cracker crumbs, plus 1 tablespoon for dusting pan
1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows


  Preheat oven to 350. Spray or grease the bottom and sides of an 8" cake pan. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment or wax paper,cut to fit. Spray the paper and then dust with extra graham cracker crumbs or flour.

In large heavy sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter. When half melted, add chocolate and stir until chocolate is half melted. Remove from heat and stir until melted. Mix in the sugar, eggs, vanilla, graham cracker crumbs and marshmallows. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until top is browned, the edges are crusty and only the very middle is soft. Cool in pan on a rack for 20 min. Run knife around edge of cake cover with wax paper and invert onto a plate. Peel the parchment paper off the bottom. Cover with a second rack and invert right side up. Cool about 15 more minutes, Serve Warm.
