Venison Roast



  Venison Roast, cleaned, boneless is best
1 pkg Onion soup mix
1 can cream soup, mushroom, onion or garlic is best


  Place roast in deep casserole pan, add soups and enough water to cover roast. Cover pan and bake at 275 for 4 to 5 hours. The low and slow temp is the key to tender meat.
