Pineapple Stuffing



  16 oz. can of crushed pineapple
1 cup sugar
1 stick of butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
7 slices of white bread, torn into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup brown sugar


  Mix the butter, egg, sugar and pineapple together. Pour over the torn-up bread. Mix until all the bread is coated. Pour into a small, greased casserole dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar on top and then bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Side dish servings: 8; Dessert or brunch: 4.
